“Extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast, prime location and multiple nearby dining options. Heated pool was also great.”

“Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms! I had the foot massage and Oatmeal bath as my spa services and they were amazing and very reasonably priced! The staff went out of their way to accommodate and allowed us to stay in the room well after our check out time so that I could check out after my spa treatments. I didn’t even ask! Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious!”

“Leider war in unserem Zimmer die Heizung defekt. Es gab am nächsten Tag eine Reparatur. Das Hotel war gut gebucht, daher konnten wir trotz Reservierung jeden Abend einen neuen Tisch suchen. Es gab ein gutes Frühstück, was allerdings nicht sehr abwechslungsreich war. Zum Abendessen gab es immer frische Blattsalate und zumeist typisch regionale Küche. ”

“Servizio molto scadente, lo staff non parla inglese ed è impossibile comunicare, nessuno ha intenzione ad aiutare e servirti il comfort che una spa dovrebbe offrire. Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di san Valentino pensando di soggiornare in un resort, ma in realtà la spa è inesistente, non ci sono servizi e la struttura non è tenuta in buone condizioni. Abbiamo provato 3 volte a prenotare un massaggio tailandese non incluso nel prezzo, ed è stato un totale fallimento con la comunicazione. Un...
