“Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory.”

“We were a group of friends from Sydney away for the weekend to see a show in Canberra and visiting a Canberra friend. The townhouse is layed out well, bathrooms were great however it was a hot weekend and we were advised the third air conditioner in bedroom was still not working. However we were not told the four queen size beds advertised were actually 2 double beds and two queen beds. One of the double beds was so rock hard our friends could not sleep in the bed. “Great location, access instructions seemed complicated but weren't, property needs quite a few minor things - main shower head does not stay up properly, cutlery & crockery not clean (luckily we didn't need it), fridge isn't level, one air-con remote, there was a smell in the unit (we kept laundry shut as it seemed to be in there & we didn't need to use it thankfully). Also property management took a security deposit which I was unaware of.”
