“Camera molto comoda e pulita, letti molto confortevoli. Ottimo isolamento acustico. Check-in e check-out molto veloci. Non mi è piaciuto che i divani e i tavoli della colazione e del bar - ristorante siano nella zona della hall e ci sia interferenza tra le due attività L'hotel non ha convenzioni per il parcheggio auto, anche se ci sono due aree di parcheggio molto vicine, una delel quali da loro consigliata”

“Very nice stay. Hotel is in good position for both city Centre and temple meads station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival”

“Lovely room and decor! Unfortunately a cup fell on the floor into a corner and when I picked it up it was covered in thick black hair (I am not black haired). So although the centre and the main area of the room was clean and corners were not. Lovely location, I left super early and just got a "thanks" as I checked out. It would have been nice to have had more integrative chats with the staff and maybe even a question like "how is your room?" "How was your stay?". ”

“The room was mind blowing, very grand, warm and comfortable. Down side was the toilet, shower cupboard that was a poor retro fit in the corner. Although it was spotlessly clean it was just like a plastic cupboard, not in keeping with the rest of the room. very tacky and small. We had to complain two nights about the noise from the room above. Sounded like a kids party or playground that continued after midnight when enough was enough. The night staff did stop it promptly. We had dinner there...

“24 hour reception so no worries about late check-ins… (might have to let them know if there’s a chance of this though?) Room was great for family of four. Rooms are very quiet - I think soundproofed. Breakfast was really great! I only marked it down slightly on the cleanliness etc due to state of carpet in our room but really pleased for the money.”

“£50 per un parcheggio di una mezza giornata mi sembra un insulto al mondo dei viaggiatori per lavoro quindi non andrò’ mai più’ in un HI fuori da USA per lavoro. Basta prendere i clienti per il naso ed e’ ora che HOTELS.COM mandi i suoi affiliati da altre parti”

“Appartamento moderno, funzionale e dotato di ogni comfort. Cucina attrezzata, letto comodissimo, due schermi piatti, bagno fantastico. Posizione centralissima, ideale per girare la citta' a piedi. Pulizia ed accoglienza ottime. Un po' rumorosa di notte e la mattina presto, ma niente di imputabile alla struttura. Rumori della strada comuni a tuttè le citta'. Da consigliare a tutti. Noi siamo stati benissimo e lo risceglieremmo.”

“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Ho trascorso in questo hote etl un fine settimana con mia figlia ci è piaciuto molto la posizione praticamente in centro. La stanza spaziosa e pulita dotata di tutti i confort ferro da stiro e tavola da stiro compresa che a mio avviso può essere utile. La colazione buona ed abbondante. Lo consiglio vivamente. "
