Very disappointed!!
The host was horrible. I sent messages and he didn't responded. Only to what he wanted to. I told i had covid and i got no response. Ive never had this experience with any other host. There was no towels or wash cloths. I wouldn't do it again

Up the creek without a paddle
We arrived at our Vrbo excited to drop our bags and change clothes before the rehearsal for my sister’s wedding. We could not get in or reach the property manager, so we had to get ready at the location. We had to get a hotel room at the last minute and stay with a family member on the second night. I probably won’t be using Vrbo ever again. It’s not worth the stress for me.

It’s lovely in the photographs, but doesn’t stand up to use nor show the leaky ceiling.
It was to be a sister‘s trip. I’m not sure where to start except that everything looks good in the photos, but the smaller room had a step down that I missed and luckily fell onto the bed because it was so close to the door. The bed was comfortable until I noticed that the ceiling fan directly above was positioned in the middle of a leak in the ceiling, making it seem that the fan was capable of falling, so I did not feel safe using it. Upon using it, I was shocked to find that the toilet rocked back-and-forth, and surprised that it didn’t leak. The towel rack on the back of the door and on the wall and the toilet paper holder had all been ripped off and thrown underneath the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. In the kitchen, there were absolutely no hand towels to the right of the sink as described and the stove top, which was all glass, was cracked in a very large V from the front center all the way to the two far corners with cracks in between those as well. The two chairs at the counter were so wobbly we didn’t dare use them. In the other room, one of the blinds had a piece missing, which at night, would’ve allowed somebody to peek in so she blocked it with a book. But unfortunately, even though the bed was made, there was sand in the sheets. And that sinched it for us. I had driven 3 1/2 hours and was tired and my sister had flown from up north. That next morning we were packed & out of that unit by 9:30 in the morning. No response nor refund for the 2nd night.

Perfect location
We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future!

This house was eight minutes away from town/the Kravis Center/all the delicious restaurants. All of our rooms were clean and the neighborhood felt safe. Cute place!

The unit was comfortable and clean. There are plenty of supplies in the unit to use. The back bathroom could use a little minor fixing but not a big deal. Overall all we enjoyed our stay.

Great location
Perfect location in WPB. It’s walkable to food & local shops; quick drive to airport, beach, downtown and local attractions. The rental is well loved/used and the property manager was great at communicating.

Not at all as described.
We decided to stay for a few days after our cruise. The first amenity listed was hot tub/sauna. That did not exist. Another photo showed a boardwalk to the beach, we were a mile and a bridge away from the beach. The glass top electric stove is cracked all over, very unsafe to use and the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms is surrounded by water stains. This place needs to be cleaned up. When I called the property manager asking about the hot tub he told me I must be looking a different property until sent him a screenshot of what we paid for. He said he would credit us for that mistake but, to date, we have not received that. Overall very disappointing.

Very clean!
Easy check in, nice and clean, comfortable sleeping arrangement good communication. Kitchen was lightly equipped, not a problem for our mission however, Over all great stay and we do recommend.

PLENTY OF SPACE FOR 2 COUPLES
My wife and I really enjoyed staying here with another couple. Justin was great to work with and was very responsive on all our needs. We would definitely stay here again. The location was near many good restaurants and shops. We uber to other beaches or other sight seeing areas with no issues. It was a great place to stay before we left on our cruise. The price was right and exactly what we were looking for. There was a great Italian restaurant in walking distance thaw was our favorite place to eat!

The place was very clean but a bit small. Stove was not working. No TP or paper towels at all. Isn't that something that should be expected when you rent a place? Had to call property manager about three times and finally around 7 PM someone came to drop it off.

It was ok…Stove top was broken upon arrival..no biggie as the property manager said a new stove was on its way.. But the biggest things were…we didn’t realiE we had to supply our own toilet paper and paper towels for bathroom and kitchen. Property manager wasn’t aware and let us know he would have remained there the next day …we stayed for 8days and never received such items and our 1st morning was interrupted by the a/c texhniyforba maintenance visit. Which we understand these things however if we didn’t ask about the toilet paper we would not have been notified prior to heading off to bed for the night! Sigh :-( There was also a notice on the door letting property manager know he wasn’t to be doing business until proper paperwork was taken care of!! It would have been nice to receive some form of discount for the inconveniences.

Very clean
Place was nice and cozy. Had a mishap with the sink and called PM he said he would send a plumber. Never came but we figured it out someone left the stopper in the sink and it just had water accumulated so not sure whoever cleaned before we got there didn't see the stopped up water. We had to get pliers to remove it as it was stuck . Place is next to Apts and men smoking weed on the stairs which left an undesirable smell. The unit next to us had little kids running around early morning and late evening I love kids but wanted to get away from the noise. Overall unit was clean and cozy.

The property we rented was just as advertised. Any issues were taken care of immediately. Loved having coffee available at the house each morning and a place to come home to each night. Great family spot!

The condo was a perfect size for us. Each bedroom is at each end of the condo which made it nice. The kitchen is spacious with a nice bar for eating. Easy access. We would definitely stay here again

Easy and Comfortable
The place was really nice and exactly what we wanted. Easy in and out with no issues parking at the apartment. We were there for spring training and the ballpark is minutes away. There’s a Publix supermarket, drugstore and a liquor store nearby. Check in was easy and Justin was very helpful. Great place. Hopefully the next time we come to West Palm Beach we can stay here again. Clif and Pam

Home Away From Home
Truly this stay was a home away from home! It was well located and appointed. Also the decor and detail for guests' needs in general exceeded our expectations. While the description was accurate, this is a must see.
