“No issues except with some appliance problems that were addressed promptly. Location is perfect. Fifteen minutes to everything. This condo was already booked for next year. We were lucky to find another one and the same complex for next year. Would definitely recommend it. ”

“Mark’s 1 bedroom ground floor condo is in an excellent location off Chandler with easy access to all amenities. The gated community is very nicely kept and the heated pool and jacuzzi are a wonderful addition to any day whether out and about or just enjoying a lazy day. Mark has equipped the unit well with everything needed. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any inquiry. Lovely patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Would definitely use again. ”

“Condo was exactly as described, very clean and spacious. Location was nice, pool was nice, all amenities were really great. The master shower needed minor maintenance to turn shower on/off, but that was the only hiccup. Highly recommend! ”

“We so enjoyed our stay! The outdoor sitting area was fabulous. We were also greeted with bubbly water and snacks. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Access to the hot tub right outside the back gate which is so convenient. Would recommend this stay!”

“The condo was nice. The bed was too soft and our check in was problematic. We were not given the gate code before arrival so we couldn’t get into the property. I reached out to the host, but he didn’t respond until the following day. We had to wait for another car to arrive at the gate and they let us know their gate code.”
