“The first room we walked in had wet carpet from a flooded toilet or something in the bathroom. We were promptly given a new room just down from our other one. We appreciated the quick service and resolution! Our only negative was the outdoor pool was freezing and the first night the hot tub was also broken. It made for a cold swim for the kids. ”

“Comfortable and basically 5 star. Evo-friendliness could be improved with soap and shampoo dispensers at sink and shower to replace mini bottles and bar soap. A note of "Bar soap is available at the front desk if desied" would satisfy any who need bar soap.”
