“Communication with the community was exceptional! Accidentally entered wrong date of arrival but attendant from the facility called me immediately and kindly changed the date without hesitation and even offered a better room. It was Christmas eve and the office communicated to make sure they would still be in the office when we arrived to ensure we received keys. They waited until we arrived and check in was so easy. The cabin was very clean and cozy and the view was amazing! Thank you...

“We enjoyed our stay and customer service was top notch. We traveled with our dog (which we were grateful to have a pet friendly option at the hotel) and the room we were given was great for easy outside access. The only downside was the wifi was not strong enough in our room to connect our pet camera so we could have eyes on our pet when we stepped out. I did not request a room change or ask if a booster was available since we were only going to be out for a few hours.”

“This is a major construction site. Most of this property is gutted. There were no employees on the property as we check in and no breakfast as promised. There is heat, hot water, clean sheets and towels. There were three other guest vehicles in the lot. ”
