“We stayed here for a minimoon after our wedding and it was perfect. We made good use of the hot tub, grill, and loved the sunset view every night. We loved the convenience of the location. Very comfortable beds as well. Mike was super responsive when we had questions”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Mullen Chalet that’s within walking distance to Mt. Abram and a short drive to Sunday River. The open concept kitchen and living room allowed us to prepare dinner while chatting with guests relaxing on the wrap-around couch. In addition, the chalet was comfortable and clean with large windows that provided picturesque views of the snow-covered tree branches. Our two dogs enjoyed the deck and quiet neighborhood. “We just spent the Thanksgiving break at the Birch Lane property and it was a perfect get-away. My family loved all the entertainment accessories from the full sized indoor pool and hot tub to the movie theater, sauna and game room with air hockey and pool table. We had a great time, especially the kids, and look forward to going back again!”

“Golf trip to Sugarloaf with 8 guys. Nice views. Comfortable beds. The listing says sleeps 12 but that would have been crowded. Strong Wi-Fi signal. Cell service good. The outside is not pretty, but inside is better. Price is much less than staying on mountain. ”

“We couldn't have asked for a better spot to have a gathering of friends and family to celebrate our daughters birthday...the listing was acurate for all the fun ways to enjoy this a bit campy with rustic country feel yet all the comforts of home style of warmth both indoors and out. Not only were the lake views spectacular, the docks, kyak, canoe, paddle board, row boats, raft, docks made for wonderful lakeside activities ...in the evening to have access to the hot tub just off the deck along...

“This condo was perfect for a week of skiing. Trail access is literally outside the back door. The condo was very well furnished and supplied with everything we needed to cook meals. The only issue we had was four weeks prior to our stay we were informed that the pool and hot tub would not be available for our use. Other than that we would definitely rent this condo again!”
