Divani e poltrone esterne sembrano essere prese direttamente dalla discarica. La casa è sporca e mai lavata approfonditamente dai lavori di riatrutturazione (calce e strucco si trova ovunque). Elettrodomestici rotti (lavastoviglie e phone) ante della cucina mezze rotte. L'ingresso della casa è da deposito dell'immondizia. Dubito che le recenzioni da 10 siano...

“This place was a great place for us to stay on our vacation. Secluded outside of the city, and a short drive down a gravel road, it really feels that you're lost in the woods, but in a good way. If you're up to visit the Gunks, Angry Orchard, the Hudson river, love the beauty of the outdoors, and have other family or friends to visit in the area, definitely consider this home. Host was very responsive and had everything ready for us.”

“This property was even more beautiful than it appeared in the photos. The wooded backyard was also spacious and lovely. We were so happy with the view of the lake and how peaceful the space was. The owners are easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. We will absolutely be going back. ”

“The floor is slippery, including the stairs, and we had 3 falls because of it (4 middleaged, ambulatory people). Otherwise, in a good neighborhood, clean, very spacious and well stocked with a large kitchen.”

“We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.”

“The property is just about 3 stars. Positives: space available in the townhouse is great and location is convenient to walk to the Subway and there is a market/ deli right across the street. Downsides: also location, 3rd Ave is REALLY noisy with a pub below on the ground floor, making the 2 front bedrooms really noisy. There were a few safety issues in that there was a broken tile on the steps right in the middle where you go down to the kitchen, which was both a slipping and tripping hazard....
