Case vacanze a Whitsunday Island

“The island is a paradise on Earth. Extraordinary efficiency in everything, combined with a unique natural heritage. Now, about the accommodation. The place is decent and in line with the nightly rates. The low rating is due to a very unpleasant incident that happened to us. We woke up in the middle of the night because the bedroom light was flickering on and off. Once awake, we realized that our room was almost completely flooded. We called the emergency number, and a very kind staff member...

“Staff were friendly and good value for the price. I guess we got the short straw because the view from our room was piles upon piles of dirty laundry. Kinda detracts from the whole experience.”

“Great staff great bathroom size and bed was hugh”

“Bellissimo posto e ottima colazione ”

“Convenient location , good and big apartment with everything you need”

“Great property in good location. Glenn and Caz were fantastic hosts providing excellent communication, seamless check in and flexibility on check out - thank you!! Highly recommend this property.”

“If someone book for 3 people it’s good to have 3 towels everything 3 even if it’s children. Next part is good to have vacuum in the room for properly clean after my salt. ”

“Everything was clean . The shower heads need a bit of work though . The view from the balcony was amazing and the privacy of the property . ”

“Position is great, close to city centre and one of the main marina that you can see from the balcony. The building looks old and tired and there is no lift. Cleaning of the room was insufficient, the rug and the shower curtain were full of awful stains and the kitchen cabinets were dirty with sticky handles. The unit has great potential, however it needs more attention. ”

“The unit was very nice only problem was the couch you couldn’t lay on it ”

“Exactly as shown in the pictures, great large space, fantastic amenities, super comfortable bed. Short walk to everything. Be aware reception only 9-5, but after hours arrival was easy. Only lost a star as it did need a good clean in the bathroom,”

“I had a lovely few days stay in this modern studio. Just a few minutes walk into town and about 15 mins walk to the marina for ferries. The view from the balcony over the marina is fabulous. This studio is part of a resort of several blocks up a bit of a hill but nothing too taxing. It is in a quieter block away from the main pool and restaurant bar which I liked as it got very noisy there. Check in all ran smoothly and communication with the agents was good. Weather could have been better so i...

“The accommodation was ok. But the whole place is a little tired and needs to be modernised.”
