“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“I like the staff they were very helpful and patient. I didn’t like that the outlets (on the lamp base) were unable to keep my device charged because the outlets were loose ( updated lamps might help), the wi-fi internet service was very slow and when I tried to turn my heater up higher it stayed in the auto mode. Otherwise, I would stay again in the future. I forgot to mention another good like for me was the breakfast bar, it stayed plentiful of food choices and it was well kept.”

“This was my second time staying at Country Inn Williamsburg, and it was even cleaner than before! The improvements really stood out—from the clean rooms to the fresh, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. It’s hands down the best place to stay if you’re visiting Busch Gardens—just a short drive away and super convenient. The staff were friendly, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!”
