“This is not a 5-star hotel by any standard. - first of all there is no concierge service. The receptionists at the front desk are totally hopeless (and I don’t blame them, considering that their job is a different one): when you ask then for tips on restaurants or clubs or places worth visiting, they look back at you perplexed, like “why would I know?”. They will simply hand out a pre-printed list of restaurants, the same way a B&B would do - secondly, there are three lifts, but only one works....

“The first room I was given was totally fine and lovely but I was concerned about my sleep schedule with an early morning work event. The super friendly front desk helped me change my room to a better sleep situation for me and were kind and understanding regarding the situation. I received a personal follow up email from the manager checking on how my stay was. Always love staying at the Wythe for these reasons! ”
