“ The staff did not appear to be well trained it took us 20 minutes to get checked in. There was a problem with another guest reservation, and we had to hear the issue about 5 times over the phone, once we got to the counter took 3 minutes. She could have put the people on hold helped us and the person behind us then went back to the issue. The staff did not check the dining room in the morning to clean tables and to make sure items for breakfast were stocked, they sat at the reservations desk on...

“The area is very nice, the hotel was very clean and good breakfast Buffett. There are plenty if places to eat if needed. I only have 1 issue and that was there was no handle in the shower to hang on to when you wash your feet/ legs. They do have a handle outside the shower but there should be one inside also. But all in all it’s a great place!”

“Was not pet friendly as advertised and they turned me away. Had to wait at the front desk for over 5 minutes to speak with someone”

“Clean n cute, staff was very nice. Not much gor breakfast...Water pressure was not real good, the bath mirror was a little high for me n the mini fridge needed to be up off floor it jammed my toe when I opened it..”

“I was up at 6 by 6:30 no food was out or prepared for breakfast. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable the tv had a crack at the top the ceiling above the shower had mildew from a leak or something.”

“The check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was reassigned because we brought a small, 16 lb miniature dog, and had to be put in a room that was special for peoplevwith pets. We were told so the room could be specially cleaned in case of allergies. Interestingly that other people brought pets that were larger and given rooms on floors on other levels. We were traveling with family so we would have liked to have adjacent rooms. Our dog is well trained and does not have accidents, or chew on...

“The gentleman that checked us in was fantastic! We are still in awe of his service. You would not have better in a 5-star hotel. ”

“Staff provided me an unusable key, so i had to schlep my luggage back to the front desk to get a key that worked. Then i had to 2X call about noisy neighbors on the floor above me, both at night and the morning. Also, cleaners failed to clean the fridge from previous occupants. On the plus, side, the manager was very apologetic when i addressed these issues with him the next day. He even comped me breakfast as a means of making up for the unsat experience. ”

“Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....
