“As travellers from Australia unfamiliar with the town of Idyllwild or the property, we were absolutely thrilled when we drove into the property and spotted our cute Sequoia cottage. Then we walked inside and were blown away by how amazing it was inside. The whole experience from first contact prior to checking in to checking out after our stay. Beautiful town and such a cute property with Squirrels, bunny rabbits and woodpeckers around the property. Highly recommend this property. Very well...

“Office staff was very kind and helpful. The room itself was disgusting, smelly, moldy, poor air ventilation and the A/C unit really old UGH! walls were paper thin. I could hear the music blasting from the room next door by people who I would be fearful approaching or even calling the front desk about. The location is amazing but the property itself needs work. the low price for it's location lured me in but I ended up leaving because it didn't feel comfortable. Wasn't worth the proximity to Old...
