“Great room great service! ”

“Overall, the experience was quite average, which would be perfectly acceptable given the price point. However, a few issues were simply not up to standard. For instance, there was a large hole in the bedsheets. The room was not adequately stocked with basic essentials. The only tissue box provided was in the bathroom and contained just 3 tissues. When I asked housekeeping for more, I was told that only the front desk could provide them. There were also no napkins or paper towels available to use...

“The room was very clean. It was an old cabin so expected to have some minor cracks and screws loose, but it gave it a mountain charm that’s hard to find. Shower, bathroom, bed were all clean and it was perfect for a good night sleep.Although, nothing the hotel could do but the wind was really strong and wild the night we stayed so suggest getting earplugs and an eye mask cause the wind was loud and the sensor light outside the door kept getting triggered by the wind. “All the staff are friendly, property is very clean and had a comfortable bed too. The only down side was that at breakfast, which was yummy, the tables and booths are dirty. There was a staff member for cleaning but she was preoccupied with one of the guests showing each other their phones. This went on for 20-25 minutes. ”
