“We had a pleasant stay and found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The property is a little older and could benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance, particularly the fly screens, which need some attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with a few updates, this would be an even better place to stay. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality.”

“You get what you pay for! Location is good if you like the centre of gossy. Checking in after work on a Monday was poorly timed- My check in was commensurate with ten people ordering after-work drinks. Free ear plugs are provided to block out the noise of the 1am street brawls below. The shared bathrooms are lovely - pity the people I was sharing with didn’t know how to use a toilet brush or bath mat. The restaurant/bar area downstairs is modern and fresh. “Welcomed by reception very friendly. Room was ok little bit dated but clean Problem we found was could clearly hear talking laughing from next door Later in evening could hear man snoring We were exhausted from 9 hr drive so slept well bed was comfortable but was woken up people again talking laughing 3 am. They were leaving early Must be very poor soundproofing We did eat in there restaurant thia food was excellent highly recommend. Hope this helps other people room 111 ground...

“the place is great just don't expect too much. great for the price and affordable for family who just want to unwind. we went down the wheeny creek with 4wd and had some kayaking or boating. some walking tracks are abit overgrown. doesn't have microwave. nonetheless, will definitely come back”
