“Service at check in was excellent. An older staff member served us on reception and she was a delight! Rooms were conveniently located and very clean. Hotel is due for a full renovation and not all rooms yet renovated. Breakfast offering was in need of an update in keeping with the ihg brand, currently very basic. Overall a good stay.”
