“Was noisey and there was a mix up to what room i was in. 3rd time lucky to find my room. On leaving i noticed the mattress had blood on it and was very dirty. That was the worst mattress i had ever seen and was shocked. Wouldnt stay there again. ”

“Room was amazing, very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest would be to provide basic breakfast items on top of tea and coffe and juice as it’s a pricey place and would just make it that bit better and more competitive with other places offering similar properties. Would also suggest listing on website that there are stairs and therefore not necessarily all abilities friendly. Not a big thing but being mobility impaired the stairs were very hard.
