“We had a lovely welcome to the hotel, parked up early so we could explore Harrogate. Hotel is really well located for this it’s a short stroll into the centre. When we checked in we were really impressed with the room beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Had everything you could need. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay again.”

“Hotel bellissimo. Siamo arrivate con il treno ed è vicinissimo, ma la zona ci é sembrata curata e sicura. Persino la sera del concerto siamo rientrate tranquillamente. Le camere bellissime. Spaziose, pulite e arredate con ottimo gusto. Non potrei desiderare di più. Lo scalone centrale, per salire al piano era bellissimo e ce ne siamo innamorate, tanto che ho mai voluto prendere l’ascensore. Tornerei subito , anche perché il prezzo era ottimo.”

I’ve never left a negative review about a hotel before but I feel compelled to, particularly because the reply I gave directly to their own request for feedback has gone ignored. I booked two rooms; one for my Mum on her own and one for myself and my 8 year old daughter. “Soluzione molto interessante per la buona posizione rispetto al centro di York (5 mins con taxi) e la bellezza del contesto. L'hotel ricavato presumo da una farm house di qualche secolo fa è accogliente e in ottime condizioni di conservazione, ben manutentato e efficiente. Il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile. Bellissimo il parco e il giardino botanico / orto nella parte posteriore della struttura. Camere, almeno quelle esterne in cortile, di dimensioni non esagerate ma...

“Sicuramente è un hotel molto carino con un buon serviIo e personale gentile. Molto complicato il parcheggio che non è nell hotel sebbene si siano attrezzati in modo da assicurarti il posto auto in un parcheggio affianco. Le camere non sono grandissime ma hanno l essenziale così come la colazione - molto misera rispetto ai soliti Marriott però comunque buon cibo. ”

“Great location, great service and all services you would expect. Bar and restaurant were well serviced with a variety of food and beverages at reasonable prices. Only slight point is that parking was expensive but similar to other locations in York.”
