“Lovely hotel spotlessly clean and right next door to train station. Our room was large with plenty of wardrobe space, tea, coffee making facilities . Community areas, bar, restaurant, lounge and reception were excellent. Can't comment on the pool as didnt go to it. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Only slight niggles were the pillows, very flat and seemed to have seen better days and also the lack of a mirror with suitable lighting to apply...

“Soluzione molto interessante per la buona posizione rispetto al centro di York (5 mins con taxi) e la bellezza del contesto. L'hotel ricavato presumo da una farm house di qualche secolo fa è accogliente e in ottime condizioni di conservazione, ben manutentato e efficiente. Il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile. Bellissimo il parco e il giardino botanico / orto nella parte posteriore della struttura. Camere, almeno quelle esterne in cortile, di dimensioni non esagerate ma...

“Check in was smooth and staff were friendly. Our room wasn’t very clean, the side tables were dusty and the floor had sequins and residue from the previous guests. There was also a lot of hair dotted around. Breakfast was as you would expect. Rooms were at least quiet.”

“Sicuramente è un hotel molto carino con un buon serviIo e personale gentile. Molto complicato il parcheggio che non è nell hotel sebbene si siano attrezzati in modo da assicurarti il posto auto in un parcheggio affianco. Le camere non sono grandissime ma hanno l essenziale così come la colazione - molto misera rispetto ai soliti Marriott però comunque buon cibo. ”

“We stayed here for 1 night whilst children were at Leeds Festival and we were on the 1am pick up. Ideal location. Loads of parking. Good pub food in The Stables Pub with excellent service. Nice, large, Comfortable family room and a decent breakfast.no complaints. Would definitely stay again.”
