“I checked out after being in the room only 45 minutes, dripping with sweat. I booked a standard single room with a window at a cost of £100 - I got a 6 foot square box which was 2/3 filled with bed, table and chair. The ‘window’ was 10’ high above the bed, covered over, unreachable and presumably could not be opened. Attending reception to complain - I was told there were no other rooms available, including an upgrade which I was prepared to pay for and that I could not receive a refund. I...

“We had the small twin room very clean , no views as windows were covered and wouldn’t open they were alarmed … and the air con unit was quite noisy it kept going on and off .when customers who had surging switched it on and off . It didn’t spoil the stay for us , but just for information. Staff were excellent location good parking good 10 /15 minute walk down to the front . Bus to south side …”
