“Hatten noch nie so ein schlechtes Ferienhaus gebucht und wir haben schon einige bewohnt und alles war immer bestens. Der Pool erinnerte eher an eine etwas größere Badewanne. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut nicht der Wahrheit, da alles in Wirklichkeit viel kleiner und dunkler wirkt. Untergeschoss besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer und ein Bad ohne Fenster! Das Bad ist voller Schimmelbefall und die Wände sind komplett Feucht mit einem muffigen Geruch! Es stehen schon 2 Luftentfeuchter im Bad und SZ,...

“We chose Ca' Mia for our brief visit to the Lake Como area largely because it's location suited our anticipated day trip plans. Access to the Menaggio and Cadenabbia ferry stations was very convenient and allowed us to get back and forth across Lake Como both with and without our vehicle. We also enjoyed visiting Villa Carlotta which was very close to Ca' Mia. The rental property is tucked into a residential section on the side of the hills above Menaggio so there is no view of Lake Como from...

“Contact with host Julia is fast and convenient. Good instructions and tips. The house itself was not very spacey, but just good enough for 3 persons. Bedroom on the lowest level was good. The sleeping couch is in the living, it was a bit warm there. Shower is good. Kitchen is small. The garden, bbq unit and the swimming pool are at the highest levels. This gives a unique view on the lake. Very nice to be there. At night you can put on the lights. ”
