“Hotel was in a great location. Front desk was efficient & polite, they do not accommodate requests to upgrade (upon availability) unless we were willing to pay the difference. We decided to pass on a harbour view because we would be out most of the time. However, we did not realize we would have a room of the inner courtyard...and other rooms; this meant we could never have the curtains open in our room. Other rooms could easily see into our room...like we could see into theirs, and we saw...
