“The staff were the most friendly and amazing people! They were always working hard serving and moving chairs to accommodate everyone. So clean and well kept property. We would have liked a play area for kids 1-4 years but we were able to walk the property lots and play at the beach area. We would have liked a lunch buffet instead of ordering from the two restaurants. Our deck handle and shower door needed adjusting that’s the only reason for 1 less star and the sink was cracked but over all...

“The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. ”
