“Room was great and everything works and is clean. Cleaning staff and room service was responsive, all staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Food quality overall is excellent, and the buffet always featured a good amount of healthy options as well. It's predominantly good, real food, with only one poolside bar serving american junk food. The e-boys / activity leaders really made our stay memorable, and our favorite guys were Francisco, Axel, Ivan, and Miguel.”

“They were very welcoming. It was a quick walk to the ocean. They're was a guy that sold fresh seafood that he caught daily. I went everyday when I was there. Cold AC, the weather was humid il at the end of October. ”

“Beautiful hotel in an excellent location right off the plaza with a helpful front desk staff. Pool + jacuzzi with a bar. The restaurant breakfast was good and there is seating indoors and outdoors. I wish the coffee was better, but there are lots of coffee options nearby. My lovely room was cleaned daily. Totally recommend the fantastic on-property spa.”
