“CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. The walls have cracks and damage. Staff were also not super friendly. No one ever smiles at this hotel. PROS: very comfortable bed. Room is very quiet and black out blinds work great. Central location close to shopping and the university. Hotel and surrounding area felt very safe even at night.”

“Mi è piaciuto molto. Io mio soggiorno e stato complessivamente molto bello. Albergo bello è accogliente. Pulito, comodo, stanze grandi e pulite, silenziose tranne per qualche ospite maleducato ma questo non è colpa della albergo. Bagno con tutto il necessario. Letti comodi. Vicino alla metro, ben situato. Personale eccessivamente gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerò.”

“我們在Expedia上訂房後要求線上刷卡付款。但在check in時要求現場在付一筆相同金額的住宿費，口頭告知線上付款的會再刷退；但是都已經過一個禮拜了、到現在Expedia線上刷卡付款的都還沒刷退、且被信用卡公司出帳了！請處理這個重複扣款的問題。”

“ห้องน้ำเหม็น ต้องซื้อน้ำยามาขัดห้องน้ำเอง ในห้องนอนไม่มีการทำความสะอาดพรม มีเมล็ดขยะรอบห้อง พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยได้ สื่อสารกันลำบากมาก ภัตตาคารอาหารของโรงแรมก็ไม่พูดภาษาอังกฤษ สั่งอาหารลำบากมาก นักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติล้วนเจอปัญหาเดียวกัน”
