“The hotel was clean and comfortable. There were some stains on the ceiling in the bathroom; possibly mold but not sure. The fridge in the room made some noise, but not bad enough to complain about or lose sleep. Breakfast was quite good. Staff at front desk were friendly. Ample parking. ”

“I will sing the praises of this hotel. After getting booted from a different hotel 6 hours after checking in just because I was traveling with my service dog. This hotel was able to accommodate us at the late hour. The staff was amazing and the owners are awesome. The restaurant was beautiful and food was amazing. The breakfast is always great. Definitely going to be staying again. The little shop in the lobby was very convenient.”

“I almost always stay here when I need to go to Marshfield Clinic. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn and now that they have updated almost everything, it is nicer than the Holiday Inn here. Restaurant has great food at good prices. Everyone is so nice. I don’t know when they updated; but I really like it and the beds are actually comfortable. This is a great value. ”

“Customer service was outstanding. Super friendly and outgoing. The elevator was out of service, however we were on the 1st floor so that didnt affect us. Hotel was clean and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. When they came to clean the rooms, they left the pizza boxes and beds didnt get made, (but maybe thats a thing now?)but always had fresh towels. I would definitely go back to this hotel if in the area again. ”
