Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.”

“Lovely accommodation with all the amenities. Close to water activities for hire such as paddle boards and pedalos with chutes. A great bar just beside us where we enjoyed a delicious family meal or stopped for cooling drinks. Ice cream shop and take away food nearby. A small but well stocked supermarket with fresh fruit and fresh bread. Lovely places to go for a swim all around if you explore a bit further. We had a lovely day out in Trogir. Marina is also close by. What a great holiday...

“Unsere Urlaubswoche war einfach Traumhaft. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts :) Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Vor allem die Kinder haben sich über das SUP-Board gefreut. Wir konnten sogar an einem Tag 2 Delfine vor der Bucht bewundern <3 Minikleine Anmerkung hätte ich noch - ich hätte gerne noch im Schlafzimmer einen Spiegel gehabt bzw. in beiden Schlafzimmern. “Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern einen tollen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus. Obwohl ruhig gelegen ist man in 5 Minuten in der City oder am Strand mit dem Auto. Wir wurden sehr nett und mit Begrüßungsgetränk empfangen. Auch bei kleineren Problemen oder Tipps zur Umgebung oder Unternehmungen war der Vermieter immer hilfsbereit. Super schöne Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon. Das Haus ist sehr schön auch wie wir für zwei Familien. Danke für den tollen Urlaub in der Villa”

“Simple the best place we have ever stayed. Have the sea at your doorstep, access to paddle boards etc, made this the most wonderful holiday. The inside of the villa is immaculate with air conditioning throughtout, and a lovely sized pool. Location is great, just a short taxi drive to restuarants and bars in Rogoznica. We would definately like to go back at some point.”

“Wir haben die Villa Just Bliss für 3 Wochen (09/2024) gebucht und jeden einzelnen Tag sehr genossen. Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und in 2024 eröffnet. Es ist toll eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, stilvoll, modern und doch gemütlich. Es wurde an alles gedacht. “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super sauber alles, alle drei Zimmer haben ein eigenes WC, Dusche und Waschbecken. Der Pool ist perfekt und für uns völlig ausreichend. In der Küche kann man kochen und sogar grillen, es ist alles vorhanden. Selten so ein in sich stimmiges Haus gesehen von der Machart, den Möbeln und sogar der Deko. “Exactly as advertised; actually, better than advertised. The listing says there are 4 bathrooms but there are 5! The house is beautiful and spacious and very clean. The kitchens (one indoor, one outdoor) are very well-equipped: tons of dishes and pots and pans and utensils and gadgets. Even an immersion blender! “Our family of 13, including 5 kids aged 11-17, had a wonderful time at Marija’s villa. The location is awesome and Marija made us feel so welcome, responding to our every question about restaurants, tours, shopping, etc. The view from the villa is just beautiful and the kids had the best time in the pool…as did the adults. Our family will never forget our stay here. Make sure you visit Trogir!”

“We had a great time at this property. The pool and outdoor area was lovely for hanging out and the rooms and beds were all nice and comfortable. Great AC which was much needed for the middle of August. Josip was a wonderful host and made check-in/checkout very easy and he was very responsive and helpful over Whatsapp and sent us great recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to the area.”

“Hana , is the manager. she and her assistant , Santa were incredibly helpful, friendly , knowledable and kind. They solved all kinds of logistic and WiFi problems for me. “Golden RTs” is a fantastic place. Very contemporary, new and has a most beautiful view over the ocean. There is a lovely path of approx, 20 min. Walk into Oromosten which is extremely charming. I recommend it highly to any traveler. Just ask for an apartement without stairs.”

“Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. Our apartment had the living room with the WC on the ground floor and the night area on a mezzanine floor. The stairs leading to the mezzanine floor was very tight and steep. For me that kind of accomodation is completely unacceptable above all if you consider the price which is quite expensive. I informed the concierge and they gave me a stupid reply. Since that building is an historical one, they couldn't have a lift. I told them that in historical buildings there is also the possibility to have an EXTERNAL lift "
