“Lovely accommodation with all the amenities. Close to water activities for hire such as paddle boards and pedalos with chutes. A great bar just beside us where we enjoyed a delicious family meal or stopped for cooling drinks. Ice cream shop and take away food nearby. A small but well stocked supermarket with fresh fruit and fresh bread. Lovely places to go for a swim all around if you explore a bit further. We had a lovely day out in Trogir. Marina is also close by. What a great holiday...

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super sauber alles, alle drei Zimmer haben ein eigenes WC, Dusche und Waschbecken. Der Pool ist perfekt und für uns völlig ausreichend. In der Küche kann man kochen und sogar grillen, es ist alles vorhanden. Selten so ein in sich stimmiges Haus gesehen von der Machart, den Möbeln und sogar der Deko. Jeden Morgen um 7.30 Uhr kommt abwechselnd der Bäcker oder der Lebensmittelverkäufer mit seinem Bus vorbei und hält direkt vor dem Haus. Der Vraner See ist mit dem...

“Unser Urlaub war super schön, die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum. Der Matthias war ein super netter Gastgeber und seine Gasfreundschaft spürt man direkt am ersten Tag der Ankunft. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, denn die Lage war sehr ruhig und der Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön am Abend zusehen und man hatte nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand runter. Wir sagen Dankeschön an Matthias und wir kommen wieder !”

“Simple the best place we have ever stayed. Have the sea at your doorstep, access to paddle boards etc, made this the most wonderful holiday. The inside of the villa is immaculate with air conditioning throughtout, and a lovely sized pool. Location is great, just a short taxi drive to restuarants and bars in Rogoznica. We would definately like to go back at some point.”

“Unsere Urlaubswoche war einfach Traumhaft. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts :) Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Vor allem die Kinder haben sich über das SUP-Board gefreut. Wir konnten sogar an einem Tag 2 Delfine vor der Bucht bewundern <3 Minikleine Anmerkung hätte ich noch - ich hätte gerne noch im Schlafzimmer einen Spiegel gehabt bzw. in beiden Schlafzimmern. “Our family of 13, including 5 kids aged 11-17, had a wonderful time at Marija’s villa. The location is awesome and Marija made us feel so welcome, responding to our every question about restaurants, tours, shopping, etc. The view from the villa is just beautiful and the kids had the best time in the pool…as did the adults. Our family will never forget our stay here. Make sure you visit Trogir!”

“Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern einen tollen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus. Obwohl ruhig gelegen ist man in 5 Minuten in der City oder am Strand mit dem Auto. Wir wurden sehr nett und mit Begrüßungsgetränk empfangen. Auch bei kleineren Problemen oder Tipps zur Umgebung oder Unternehmungen war der Vermieter immer hilfsbereit. Super schöne Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon. Das Haus ist sehr schön auch wie wir für zwei Familien. Danke für den tollen Urlaub in der Villa”

“Wir haben die Villa Just Bliss für 3 Wochen (09/2024) gebucht und jeden einzelnen Tag sehr genossen. Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und in 2024 eröffnet. Es ist toll eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, stilvoll, modern und doch gemütlich. Es wurde an alles gedacht. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk.
