Pros: Tuscany is absolutely beautiful and the cars are fun to drive. Some spectacular views along the way. Lunch and wine tasting were average. Cons: Where to begin. The tour group is very poorly organized. First, it took us nearly an hour to get everyone checked in, waivers signed, and the vespa drivers tested. This for a group of maybe 20 people. Second, the vehicles are in terrible working order and were not ready to go. One of the three Fiats would not start. They had at least 5 other Fiats there but none of them worked either! Of course the mechanic wasn't around and the guides had no idea how to fix the cars. A number of the vespas weren't working either and some didn't have gas. There was clearly very little planning put into tour preparations and no contingency plan in case of mechanical issues. Eventually the mechanic arrived and "fixed" the car but it kept breaking down all day. It took 3 hours after the meet up time to actually start the tour. Would not recommend.

Guides were very helpful and knowledgeable of the areas visited including their historical significance. Winery was typical wine tour but at least the lunch was in a winery room that was appropriate and the meal was ok but don’t expect a culinary thrill. Fiat cars were fun to drive as expected and thank goodness they operated satisfactory other than the fumes from the engine. Great way to experience the Tuscany countryside.

Great choice of excursion, loved the cute little vintage fiat. Lengthy ride through the country side which my husband and I enjoyed bery much. The lunch at the vineyard was amazing! Would do this all over again!!! Definitely not the time to learn stick shift. There was a guy in the group who attempted to learn on the spot and broke the car on the road and made it unsafe for the rest of the group since he was focused on shifting and maneuvering . Luckily one of the guides got another car and drove him around. All and all I would give this a 5 star. Beautiful little towns visited along the way, so much history!

The concept of this tour is great however it falls short in couple of ways. The tours departs from Siena not Florence so we took a shuttle down there losing an hour each way. The tour opporator was disorganized and we lost an additional hour waiting for an English speaking guide. This tour should not be offered in cold weather since the cars are not heated and the scenic views are very cold to spend much time at. The guide was great and very knowledgeable of the region. Parts of the experience were wonderful, winery lunch and the views. I would only recommend to take this tour in the summer months.
