“Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Servizi di pulizia eccellenti. Unico neo,ci hanno dato una camera che non corrispondeva inizialmente a quella delle foto visto che non era minimamente fronte oceano. La receptionist ci ha spiegato che non si poteva avere la camera delle foto perché quella era la migliore e le foto erano solo a scopo illustrativo. Dopo una discussione siamo riusciti a farci dare la camera desiderata che guarda caso era libera.. A parte questo ottima esperienza”

“We stayed at the Hanalei Colony Resort and loved every minute of it. We loved how perfect my placed on the North Shore it is, surrounded by picturesque views pretty much anywhere you look. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Lei who checked us in. She’s amazing. Really loved our trip and plan on going back.”

“Everything was ok including assistance on site. The rooms are rented without any cleaning service During the trip. You will have your room as a condomn with coffe tea towels etc that will not be replaced or furnished until the check out. Regardless this the place is fine. We left our room in advance due to the hurricane ”

“We stayed 3 nights in this Princeville condo in April; it was clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, kitchenette with all we needed, washer/dryer very handy. Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. Highly recommend!”

“We had never been to Kauai before and just had to roll the dice and get some recommendations from friends and relatives. We elected to stay 3 days down south and the other 3 days at the Hanalei Resort. We luckily selected a lovely condo with gorgeous mountain views! “Great location for golf, dining options access to Hanalei beach. Nice property host. MAKE SURE your condo comes with a "numbered" parking space near the unit. Mine came with a parking "permit" which are issued to guests of condo owners. Unfortunately, "Permitted" spaces stayed occupied with unpermitted vehicles - and the problem is not monitored. Parking lots are small for each building and we ended up having to park 3 to 5 lots further down the road every night because all the "Permitted"...

“It is a motel room with a couple of upgrades not a studio. Did not have entry instructions as no internet, extremly stressful locating it in dark and rain. Had to ask a local to log me into their internet to obtain instructions. Need for earlier instructions for internationals. Room has nice appointments, however no comfortable seating, sliding door does not slide, vent on patio blows hot air. It was very clean, good shower, although bathroom setup odd. No a/c, only fans, needed front door open...

"Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out of shower gel. Rooms are not as luminous as shown in the pictures. overall considering that we spent 10k for 6 nights (for 2 rooms) the value for money was also very bad. Therefore i do not suggest this strcuture to anybody!"
