“we had a very enjoyable 3 day visit at Sweet Dreams. it is located in a Sherman Oaks , a very nice upper middle class residential area of LA---and it felt like we were a full time resident there. the room was very comfortable--well stocked with everything you might need, there is a lovely back yard with a pool and hot tub. the hosts were very accommodating!”

“This property is beyond any expectation. The estate is situated high on a hill and you can see a birds eye view all across the LA area depending on where you stand. It has the romance of old Hollywood’s silent film era coupled with modern amenities and comforting elegant design. The pool was particularly delightful. We will be back again!”

“The house was clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located right off the 101, and we thought highway noise might be a problem, but it wasn't. The parking spots are narrow but we managed just fine. Marx is very accommodating and the one night all the spots were taken, there was a permit for us to use to park on the street. He even offered parking service but we were happy to do it ourselves. The room was small but not too cramped. The bathroom was modern and clean. If you like softer beds...

“I really hit the jackpot when I selected this property. I was greeted and warmly welcomed at the door by host Rena who showed me around. Her motherly spirit was evident in the care she put into the unit. From extra towels, to water and orange juice in the fridge and cookies, apples, and flowers on the dining table. The bed was wonderfully comfy with extra blankets available in the closet. As a single female I also appreciated the very bright automatic light that comes on as you approach the door...

“We had a very nice 6-day stay here. Great hosts, great hospitality. Wish we took a picture of our breakfasts--very tasty and healthy. Plenty of places to sit outside, which was nice in the morning, but the Valley does get very hot at night in the summer. Thought there would be more road noise from Oxnard, but wasn't bad. “it was requested a no smoking room but even if there were the indication for no smoking, the room was smelling so bad like if someone has smoked for long time inside. it's a big pity as the suite is fine, but this smell for the whole time was too strong. personnel kind but not supportive to solve your issues. for the rest, everything at high level.”
