“Property is located in a nice area. Our biggest problem, and the reason we left early, was that the bed was rock hard. Property manager claims its a medium matress, but as someone who grew up around a furniture store that sells mattresses and sleeps on a medium mattress at home, either he was lied to or he doesn't know what he is talking about. Another reason we left early was we could hear the Property manager talking loudly with his wife late into the night. Other things of note include that...

“it was requested a no smoking room but even if there were the indication for no smoking, the room was smelling so bad like if someone has smoked for long time inside. it's a big pity as the suite is fine, but this smell for the whole time was too strong. personnel kind but not supportive to solve your issues. for the rest, everything at high level.”

“Non posso dire che sia stato un brutto hotel ma l'aria un po' trasandata e i dintorni non piacevoli di notte (bivacco di moltissimi senza tetto) e dall'aria non sicura rendono questo hotel poco appetibile. Sicuramente il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono ma non è tutto. ”
