Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile. La stazione centrale di Cardiff é veramente vicinissima. Molto comoda la possibilità di fare il check in e il check out a qualsiasi ora del giorno o della notte. “A lovely hotel where you can feel the ancient atmosphere but where the rooms are perfect and fully refurbished. I found the staff extremely professional and polite. The position is perfect, walking distance to the main attractions. The railway station is not too far neither and I walked with my suitcase without issues. “What an absolute find, a true revelation. Okay, Newport itself may not be the most salubrious of towns, but the Mercure Hotel is in a league of its own.
