“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“Everything was almost perfect...there were 2 things that stopped me for giving 5 stars: 1. At the check in: it was 3 of us, we rented 2 rooms, and the welcome complimentary drink was offer only to one of us. It was an awkward, uncomfortable moment 2. At the checkout, when the receipt was printed, a daily parking was added...and we didn't have a car. We disputed it on the spot, and the charge was removed. The rest of our stay was great, we will be back.”

“Albergo a 150m dalla spiaggia, pulitissimo, dotato in camera di frigo, macchina per il caffè, microonde e wifi. Unica pecca non imputabile alla struttura è il rumore. Si trova in un incrocio trafficato e specie la notte è fastidioso. Da aggiungere qualche scemotto che passa in bicicletta con la radio alta e gruppi di maleducati che la notte usano lo stesso tono di voce usata a mezzogiorno e il soggiorno è disturbato.”

“we have always enjoyed the pools at the Edge every time we go. I really appreciated the grass turf around the perimeter of the larger pool. "Esperienza pessima, la camera per quanto spaziosa era sporca con il bagno tutto rotto (non hanno voluta cambiarmela perché non ce ne erano altre disponibili; in realtà ce ne saranno state almeno 50 disponibilo vista la grandezza della struttura e le pochissime persone presenti). Appena arrivato una ragazza era alla reception reclamando che un tizio l'aveva minacciata con una pistola dentro l'hotel. La notte non si dormiva per via delle urla di gente che litigava "

"Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.. al ristorante il servizio è stato pessimo. Abbiamo chiesto un espresso e ci hanno dato il caffè americano dicendo che era espresso. Piscina piena di gente tutta ammassata e zero silenzio. In spiaggia non si potevano aprire gli ombrelloni e ci siamo scottati. L'unico servizio ottimo era il concierge. Heidi è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Per il resto, non ci tornerei. "
