“The room was always too hot or too cold. Made a request for towels 2 times during a 3 night stay and never received them. Hotel rooms are starting to show age. Menu fior breakfast has been the same for years. Hotel is affordable and with free parking you tend to look past some of it. ”

“Our stay was very good, very comfortable and is what we are looking for en route to the south. Unfortunately, on our floor, we had a very rowdy group speaking extremely loud and yelling at each other. We did call the front desk to report the noise and they attend to it. However, a couple of hours later we had to call again and ask that the group be asked to keep it quiet, the front desk did comply with our request unfortunately at 4 AM the group was gain loud, however, only lasted 10 minutes and...

If this is part of the process, then I wish I would be notified in advance of not having access to my room. ”

“After a long day on the road, it was a disappointing stay on New Years Eve. The access to the hotel was very hazardous. The entrance was not clearly marked and hidden by other businesses. We arrived after dark. The TV did not work. The front desk did not answer the phone to help. The pet area was very trashy. No where else to walk the dog on grass. The breakfast was excellent. The heating system was very loud/no shutoff. ”

“We pulled up looking for a room on our way home to Toronto and really lucked out. Very clean and comfortable rooms. There were seven of us so 4 in one and 3 in the other . The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was warm and very good. The view from the front of the hotel of downtown is great. Would definitely stay here again. Great value ”

“We arrived about an hour before check in and was told to come back at 4pm. We tried to time the drive in, but we were coming from far away and it would have been nice to check in a little early. This is the first time I have been denied checking in a little early. Once we came back to the hotel we found the our bathroom had not been cleaned. A hanging towel and small used face cloths in the tub were found. Also venting in this hotel for the bathroom is not great. There was a fair amount of mold...
