“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“Ryan at the front Desk was great. He upgraded us to the 23rd floor room. The only thing that did not happen was the turn down service but I think this was an oversight. No big deal. Overall this hotel is great and location is excellent. Very clean and upscale hotel. I loved it.”

“I could not take breakfast, even if prepaid, because there was nothing to go. And the hotel was unable to offre me a solution nor to deduct the cost of beakfast (30$ paid for nothing….)”

“Everyone at the hotel was amazing, helpful, friendly. The food I had for dinner and breakfast was delicious plus served with a smile. The hotel and room were immaculate, so inviting, would definitely stay again. The location was so convenient to walk to Pitt. Only negative is the valet was a bit steep at $42, others nearby were about 1/2 that price for valet. 5 stars overall.”

“The only problem was the parkiing. It isn't parking and there was only 1 person working when we checked in. There were 9 vehicles in line to be parked in the check-in lanes. It took a while.”
