“Pro: Its the only place I visit on the little island because its all I need, at a FAIR price. Its on the water, strong AC, new beds, good pillows, no bugs. The little restaraunt downstairs has a good variety of food and drinks for everyone. The fish on the water are amazing. The lady that runs everything is amazing, shes the hotel manager by day and restaraunt manager by night. A truely inspiring woman. They keep everything simple and fair. The way an island should be. Con: There is not a...

“This is a great little place to stay for a couple of days, easy to quickly check-in and check-out, clean, a bit of wear-and-tear. Importantly, sheets and bathroom were both clean. I was not in Vieques for long, and this was perfect for me. ”

“It was a wonderful experience in a tranquil setting. The open plan brought nature into our living space. Up on the mountain top, the trade winds kept the room cool and comfortable. Yoga each morning was a delight. It was a short trip to any of the beaches and many restaurants. It was stocked with breakfast supplies and with a quick trip to the market, lunch was covered too. Don’t miss the bioluminescent bay tour or the black sand beach. We already want to go back next year. ”

“The owner was very easily contacted with any questions or concerns. We did find it a bit loud outside on Sunday night but all was quiet by 11:30pm. Nothing a pair of ear plugs won’t fix. Pull out couch was very comfortable and spacious for our 13 year old and the bed was comfortable as well ”

“Great hostel experience with location right on the beach. All of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for watching sunrises, getting to el yunque, exploring Fajardo and quickly accessing the vieques ferry and escaping the hoards in OSJ. It is a hostel… so bathrooms are shared and noise is expected in communal areas but even when crowded this was minimal. Easy to walk to great restaurants (strongly suggest CFood in LaPared containers…a 10min walk) and home safely”

“When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here.”

“It was a wonderful stay, so convenient for my Husband’s family reunion in Humaco and Mariana. The description and pictures were exactly what we found. Dennis was excellent to work with. ”
