“Appena arrivati ci hanno informati che la piscina non funzionava (e questo dal 15 agosto) e dunque se volevamo andare in piscina dovevamo prendere la macchina e recarci presso un altro hotel. Eravamo molto scocciati ed abbiamo informato hôtels.com. L’operatore si è messo in contatto con l’hotel e ci ha confermato che ci avrebbero dato una stanza migliore (vista spiaggia) ed altri omaggi. “L’appartamento era molto spazioso, forse perché era accessibile a persone con disabilità. La zona cucina è completa di qualsiasi cosa necessaria per cucinare, il patio aveva il ventilatore con il cordino rotto e quindi non si poteva spegnere..abbiamo dovuto staccare la presa di corrente. Le sedie avevano i cuscini molto sporchi, andrebbero lavati ogni tanto..il bagno è molto spazioso, il lavandino molto piccolo in proporzione. Letto non molto comodo per i miei gusti. “Was very windy all week but the pool was amazing, clean, warm, not crowded. Loved that you could hear the live music next to the pool coming from Havana Jack's. Room was under construction so we received an upgrade, wow! thanks so much! Great to be able to cook some meals or go out, nice views. Wish there were more options on the restaurant menu but the ambiance was super! We had a great time!”

“The staff was really adorable and friendly! The room was excellent cleaned and in the kitchen we founded really everything we needed, also the possibility of the barbecue was great! They always let us extra towel without the necessity to ask. The all resort is a little world of relax and happiness... Great! We hope we will come back in the future... ”

“Appena arrivato mi sono arrabbiato non poco in quanto pur essendi in 3 persone la stanza aveva un letto matrimoniale e un piccolo divano. Difronte alle mie rimostranze mi hanno concesso una seconda stanza. La responsabilitá del disservizio la attribuisco a voi piuttosto che al hotel e comunque non potete vendere un servizio per 3 persone quando poi ce ne stanno 2”

“Staying at the cabin was a great experience. It was exactly as advertised. Quiet, clean and spacious. We came down for the 7-mile bridge run, so it was conveniently located. It was nice to have separate bedrooms for our party for comfort. I would highly recommend this accommodation. I would love to come back and spend more time here. ”

“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This place was awesome. From swimming in the saltwater pool to fishing off the dock. There was something for everyone. So much fun sitting on the patio playing cards with the family- bug free from the enclosure. Great location- a Publix grocery store at the end of the road and we walked to sombrero beach. Highly recommended ”

“Place was very clean, beds comfy, enough room for the 4 of us, fishing off the dock was great, heated pool awesome, close to beaches and things to do! It was the little things - one hair dryer (instead of one in both bathrooms), no hangers in the closets - (which we purchased and left there), beach chairs for adults (which we purchased and left there), clothes dryer would only dry a few items at a time, very dark in all the rooms, needs one more comfy chair in the living room ”
