“L’appartamento era molto spazioso, forse perché era accessibile a persone con disabilità. La zona cucina è completa di qualsiasi cosa necessaria per cucinare, il patio aveva il ventilatore con il cordino rotto e quindi non si poteva spegnere..abbiamo dovuto staccare la presa di corrente. “Love this location! The small beach and pool are perfect for relaxing. The restaurant next door has great happy hour and live music. Food is average. The area is pretty residential, you have to drive for other food / beverage / entertainment options. If you don’t have a reason to leave, no need to. We will definitely come back. ”

“To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...

“Had a wonderful time. So much to do in the area. We enjoyed the Cabana Club beach only a short drive away and included in the fee. We were there for the coldest week of the year. The maintenance gentleman, Scott and his assistant were kind enough to bring a hard to find space heater that kept us toasty warm as well a giving spot on recommendations for great places to eat. Some construction in the area but tolerable. Hope to return someday. ”

“Appena arrivato mi sono arrabbiato non poco in quanto pur essendi in 3 persone la stanza aveva un letto matrimoniale e un piccolo divano. Difronte alle mie rimostranze mi hanno concesso una seconda stanza. La responsabilitá del disservizio la attribuisco a voi piuttosto che al hotel e comunque non potete vendere un servizio per 3 persone quando poi ce ne stanno 2”

“The staff was really adorable and friendly! The room was excellent cleaned and in the kitchen we founded really everything we needed, also the possibility of the barbecue was great! They always let us extra towel without the necessity to ask. The all resort is a little world of relax and happiness... Great! We hope we will come back in the future... ”

“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Was happy with our stay as I didn’t have high expectations of it being fancy or modern. We learned that a Topsider is kind of like a treehouse with its main support in the middle underneath which puts you 9-10ft up off the ground. There was some sagging around the outside edges of the structure causing gaps in the flooring and flex with walking around.
