“When we opened the door, the seashell mirror over the couch had fallen down. We alerted the proper folks and cleaned it up. No one ever contacted us about the mess. I did ask for an additional blanket and was told it was being worked but no one ever contacted us about it, or brought it. The unit was clean and comfortable. The views were very nice and we enjoyed walking on the docks. Porky’s mini-golf and restaurant is a must!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Pelicans Perch! The condo is clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The views from the downstairs living room and upstairs master bedroom were to die for. The swimming pool was large and sparkling clean. It was down season so we were the only ones in it most of the time. The complex was very quiet and relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

We learned that a Topsider is kind of like a treehouse with its main support in the middle underneath which puts you 9-10ft up off the ground. There was some sagging around the outside edges of the structure causing gaps in the flooring and flex with walking around. “Enjoyed staying at the Coral Lagoon a quiet and convenient Location. If you bring your own boat, there is easy access to the Atlantic and Coral Reefs. The townhome had ample Room for all of us. The location to the Laundry was not so convenient as desired. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”
