“L'hotel nell'insieme non è male e offre parecchie cose ma la problematica avuta al check in con il pagamento iniziale dovuto anche alla cattiva informazione data da hotels.com a cui avevo inviato specifiche richieste e il fatto che il giorno 24 non abbiano effettuato le pulizie ha pesato sul giudizio finale. L'hotel ha però il grosso vantaggio di essere molto vicino alle attrazioni di Orlando e di essere in un luogo mediamente tranquillo. ”

“Resort composto da casette indipendenti una affiancata all'altra molto carine. Case complete veramente di tutto: forno, tostapane, mixer, fornelli, lavastoviglie, asciugatrice, lavatrice, frigo con frezzer (molto capiente) ,ferro da stiro, stoviglie ecc.inoltre c'è una veranda con una vasca idromassaggio. Angolo cucina e soggiorno sono molto confortevoli con TV 50 pollici e grandi divani camere e bagno spaziosi. Tutto ottimo, unica cosa che non ho apprezzato è il fatto che le pulizie bisogna...

“We enjoyed our stay, even tho people kept making judgements(not thr employees). Also, i am disappointed with housekeeping because my black and white soft blanket was left there. When i called they said hey did not receive anything from housekeeping. They would check and get back to me. Which they did. Unfortunately still i do not have my blanket and i know it was left there. ”

“The inside of the house was beautiful. What I would recommend is anyone that rents should know that the essentials are not included such as salt pepper, toilet paper, paper towels. There were no dish towels no potholders no dish rack and no dish basin. The outside of the property could’ve used some TLC. The flower beds and the shrubs and trees could have been trimmed for a nicer appearance.”

“Property needs fresh painting, no hooks to hang towels and bathing suits outside or in the bathroom. No tv instructions. Spa tub never got above 88 degrees after requesting on day 2 increase to 95 and 100. Pool maintenance stopped by the last day and said it was 88 degrees and could possibly a burned out compressor. Spa temperature never was resolved.”

“Love the gated community. This was the second time we stayed here, but not the same house. House was nice. My son enjoyed the game room with the big screen TV and theater seating. Pool area could use a good power washing. The beds definitely need new mattresses. They may be ok for a long weekend but not for a 35 day stay. Also the couch wasn’t very comfortable either. Would definitely stay here again if these things would be updated ”
