“This hotel is underrated but has one of the best views from the room and from the restaurant where you can see the mountain view with the monorail passing. The hotel serves breakfast with local cusine (one of the best pho I've tried) but also has selection of foreign breakfast everything was so good. Also all the staff were very friendly and prodfessionals ready to help us with our needs. Thank You Yen Sapa hotel, we'll surely be back here if we happen to be in Sapa again! Highly reccomended!”

“Hotel is very nice, our room wa very spacious and has a balcony with a mountain view. It's around 8minutes walking to the Sun Plaza but its a very sharp upclimb if you want to take a walk to the centre. The staff were all very kind and helpfull. You should try also a relaxing massage they have directly from your room after a long day of walking! ”

“새벽 6시에 사파에 도착해서 체크인했어요. 친절하게 방까지 안내해주셔서 좋았지만 12월 겨울인데 난방이 잘 안됐어요... 말씀드리니 올라와서 직접 히터 켜주셨는데 도무지 따뜻해지지가 않아서 잠깐 눈만 붙이고 체크아웃 했습니다. 난방시설만 손보면 가성비 최고👍 위치도 선플라자 바로 아래입니다.”

“Wir waren über Tết in diesem Hotel und durften den besten Service genießen. Bei Ankunft gab es erstmal einen Tee und ein Zimmerupgrade. Morgens konnte man frühstücken und da zwischen 6 Menüs wählen. Die Gastgeber waren so unendlich freundlich. Haben uns zweimal zum Abendessen eingeladen, sodass wir Tết hautnah miterleben konnten. Das Hotel hat auch eine sehr gute Lage und war sauber. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft die wir erleben durften.”

“The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind.”

“Located at 2 minutes walking distance from the center of Sapa, it's not on the flat part of the city, just a easy and little hill to climb. Nice staff, big hall to use in case you have some waiting time. Bathroom and shower facility to use after your checkout.”

“Fantastic hotel, good location and a very nice room. But the best thing was absolutely the staff, the women in the reception was amazing. I was going for an early hike to Fansipan and she made me breakfast at 6 am to bring on the hike, she made both bahn mi and pancakes, amazing! Would really recommend you to stay here! ”

“No would stay here again because the staff was very helpful. The room was clean cozy and the bed was comfortable . Nice area and breakfast was great all for a reasonable low price. ”

“While we were only staying one night, the staff not only allowed us to check in hours early, but also upgraded our room! Everyone was so kind and friendly, the room was great with a nice view overlooking the town and mountains. ”

“All staff were super helpful with all our requests when we had checked out and had a long wait for our bus, particularly Maria and Nhi. Property is super modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, and a lovely breakfast! Location is very central, we loves this hotel and would return if visiting Sapa. ”
