“The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind.”

“This hotel is underrated but has one of the best views from the room and from the restaurant where you can see the mountain view with the monorail passing. The hotel serves breakfast with local cusine (one of the best pho I've tried) but also has selection of foreign breakfast everything was so good. Also all the staff were very friendly and prodfessionals ready to help us with our needs. Thank You Yen Sapa hotel, we'll surely be back here if we happen to be in Sapa again! Highly reccomended!”

“Très bel hotel, décoration raffinée. Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec vue sur une rizière. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Le personnel nous a organisé un trek avec une guide hmong. Cette sortie a été exceptionnelle, nous avons passé un très bon moment et en savons plus sur les différentes ethnies et coutumes locales. Encore merci. Je recommande ”

“Hotel is very nice, our room wa very spacious and has a balcony with a mountain view. It's around 8minutes walking to the Sun Plaza but its a very sharp upclimb if you want to take a walk to the centre. The staff were all very kind and helpfull. You should try also a relaxing massage they have directly from your room after a long day of walking! ”

“Great little hotel in the centre of Sa Pa walkable to all. Super comfy bed and pillows, Staff was very attentive and found us extra pillows! Breakfast was the normal local but they did have fried eggs for us westerner's. Umbrellas for walking in the rain too! highly recommend!”

“My family of three stayed here on August 2024. The staff were incredible, helpful, gracious and accommodating. They helped us book tours to Fansipan, they answered all of our random questions and inquiries and offered to find info on our flights when our SIM card wasn’t working and when there was urgency.
