“Excellent Hotel. Some of the Employee were very good about excellent. On the other hand, some of the Employee did not met that expectation. overall, very good Hotel. I noticed some of the Employee expecting tips for the excellent service , that should not be the case. overall, this is a very good hotel and will definitely go back. ”

“Struttura direttamente sul mare, con ombrelloni e lettini disponibili. Personalmente non mi è piaciuto che intorno non trovi ristoranti dove mangiare o localini per la sera ( valuterei un’altra zona) Wi-Fi funzionante anche in spiaggia. Parcheggio privato coperto. Pulizia da rivedere.”

“We overall liked our experience at El Cid. It was great having 3 resorts to walk to and eat at. It didn't seem crowded at all. Staff was great. Downside was our room at the marina smelled very musty. They changed our room and was a little better but still musty. Our friends had an air conditioner that wasn't working so they ended up at one of the other resorts that was newer and didn't have the musty smell. We enjoyed all the restaurants except the seafood one. Was very disappointed in the food...

“We loved the location near the airport. The breakfast was delicious. Beach was gorgeous and clean. No bugs. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower! We had to leave a place that was walking distance away because of filth and infestation, and we were so grateful to find a room at the Westin for a couple of nights where we had super comfortable beds and all the other comforts we had been lacking elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again.”

“For those like me who get scared by the bad reviews, don’t listen to them lol. This was an amazing vacation for our family- the resort is very family oriented and lots of kids activities. Our best tips: order lunch from the poolside grill right at 11:30 (otherwise the wait is about an hour. Not a complaint, just learned from hangry kids), get chairs closest to the beach side at the main pool as it sees sun all day, the tea house cafe opens at 6AM which was a god send for parents with very early...

“We loved everything about this resort except one thing, the cold pool. Very cold we couldnt even swim in the big one. The one in the front was a little warmer. They have a beautiful beach. Our room was clean and not outdated. The buffet is not super big but the food was actually good. We tried the Italian and Mexican restaurant and they were both excellent. ”
