“This was by far our best vacation and the resort/staff surpassed our expectations. We had a dream honeymoon. I can’t imagine staying at another resort. Karen & Gabriela (concierge) went above and beyond for our entertainment and personal needs. Angelo (Blackjack dealer) was super nice and a lot of fun. José & Jesus our pool waiters went out of their way to take care of us. The overall staff was 5 stars. Hospitality was 5 stars. They had tons of games and entertainment. The endless food/drinks...

“We loved the beautiful views and desert landscape. Whale watching from the balcony was a highlight for sure. The food was delicious and plenty! Drinks were always top shelf and cold! Room service was fast and food was hot. Our only complaints were the ocean view room we had initially was looking out at pool construction but they moved us the next day, and the sand was a little rough to walk on at beach. Would definitely go back!”

“bella vista, personale alla reception affabile e gentile. distante dal paese, raggiungibile solo con taxi o uber. per due giorni dei 4 hanno fatto i lavori di levigatura del pavimento vicino a piscina e ristorante, con ovvio disagio (rumore particolarmente). Strano che si pianifichino questi interventi durante la settimana santa”

Ristorante principale a buffet: scarso; personale lento (per un bicchiere di acqua frizzante anche 10 min di attesa), mancanza di cose basilari(ad es. semplice olio), frutta quasi inesistente a pranzo; poca scelta di cibi. Ristorante Portofino alla carta per la cena: buon livello e buon servizio. Mare purtroppo non balneabile causa onde pericolose.”

“All the hotel side staff was outstanding. Restaurants were outstanding. Architecture and Decor of traditional Mexican. Facilities have some wear and tear and Jacuzzi's were less than optimal at times on temperature and water level. Pools are beautiful. The water from the reportedly self contained water treatment plant seemed to be safe for ingesting.. Amenities outside the resort did not appear to be walkable though Uber was very easy to summon and reasonably priced. We liked the...

“Grande resort sull’oceano con tantissimi servizi per ogni tua esigenza, ottimi ristoranti, tantissimo personale attento e disponibile. Ottimo il servizio di navette per muoversi all’interno del resort. Tantissime piscine con vista sull’oceano. Camere ampie, pulite, con balcone vista faraglioni. Un soggiorno molto rilassante.”

“Resort was amazing. Lazy River and pool setup super fun and the kids loved it. Food options excellent. Very impressed by rooms as well. Room service a bit annoying as they would come 3-4x per day and even knock at 9pm to offer room service when we were trying to get our kids down. Rather than respond “please put your “do not disturb” then”, I recommend dialing back to 1-2x daily only during the day. Also, room service nice but repeatedly forgot items, though prompt to fix and come back up....
