“Fantastic stay at the Trearddur Bay Hotel with family and our pet dog Ralph. The location is perfect, with a sandy beach only a couple of minutes walk away. Staff at the hotel are friendly, welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely be visiting again soon. ”

“It was a wonderful stay for my birthday, very comfortable. Our room was a little small, I thought the bathroom was rather cold. Breakfast in the veranda each morning was amazing, fabulous views of the bay and pier.”

“We arrived for the Christmas parade and market but unfortunately there was a bad storm. Although only booked for one night the hotel were very accommodating and we ended up staying 4 nights. Staff were lovely, breakfast couldn't be faulted. I would highly recommend staying here”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)”

“The room was good, close to the town and beach. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was very yummy. Overall fantastic. However, when booking it said that there was wheelchair accessibility which isn’t true if you went there was an individual Wheelchair user. The wheelchair access door to reception wasn’t obvious and at any rate was locked. The majority of the car park can’t be used by a wheelchair and when we arrived at Knight it was impossible to see that there is a little bit of Matt car...

“Lovely hotel with an enviable location and an amazing view. Staff were very friendly and helpful with a good evening menu and a lovely Welsh breakfast. The bedroom was clean and tidy, the only downside was I couldn’t get the radiator to work”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa was lovely. The only downside was that there was a boxing match being held on the second night of our stay. Unfortunately the bar was closed and the room we were in was quite noisy as a lot of people seemed to be walking past it and banging doors”
