“great stay, nice hotel and room”

“This is the 3 rd time we have stayed at the Wild Boar and we decided to Upgrade our room this time . Unfortunately the shower had not be cleaned and had cobwebs hanging from It clearly Indicating it had not been cleaned throughly for some time . All staff were friendly and the meals are fantastic unfortunately the standard of cleanliness of the shower somewhat tarnished the stay as the room upgrade was significantly more expensive than the standard rooms. ”

“Struttura piccola ma molto accogliente, le stanze hanno arredi di design ben studiate nei particolari. Il personale è molto ospitale e cortese. Ottimo posto per visitare lancaster e star bene in pieno confort. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Ottimo anche il ristorante. ”

“Two nights were booked here for two colleagues who were working in the area. They specifically requested that I leave a glowing review as they found the accommodation to be excellent and were keen to pass on their thanks to the helpful staff with particular mention to Olivia who I was asked to say is better than she thinks she is! I'm not usually asked to complete reviews for the many bookings I make behalf of my colleagues so I can only conclude that this stay was exceptionally good.”

“We absolutely loved our time at Windermere Suites and Windermere. Vicky and Alex were very welcoming and helpful. We loved their advice on places to see, their helpfulness and good conversation. The breakfast was delicious and very generous with a wide variety to choose from. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing with a massive spa bath, mood lighting and tv. Our stay here has certainly been a highlight of our European trip!”

“Excellent base to explore the lakes and dales. We started in a 2 bedroom apartment with marina view and it had everything we needed, easy access, great facilities and an excellent pub/restaurant next door. ”

“I expected to be able to have a meal as the details indicated a restaurant but there was no evening food available. As they had few guests they also closed the bar at 7.30 pm. Odd as when I booked it indicated that there was limited availability. The hotel is pretty basic. The room was clean though and decent breakfast. This has slightly dented my trust in the accuracy of details provided on Expedia. I had been travelling around the north of England and this was the least value for money.”
