“Everything went as well as it could have. The bath tub was clogged and the toilet seat wasn’t secure. It’s a little dated but staff were kind and beds were comfortable. No bugs and very quiet. My service dog was welcomed. ”

This was a nationwide issue so there wasn't anything that the front desk staff had control over. Not being able to check in when I arrived wasn't a thrill since I had been working since 6:15 in the morning, left work at 5:454 pm, drove one hour and then arrived to be told no rooms can be provided until the system gets back up.
