“Excellent small hotel and restaurant/bar. Rooms are large and really well designed in a historic building. We had the room with a kitchen and it had really good cooking extract piped to the outside. This might sound trivial but you will never forget the night you cooked in the same room as you sleep when there is no extract. ”

“Receptionist was most unfriendly to the point of ignorance. The room price demanded on arrival was 50% more than advertised on the website. When this was pointed out he just asked if I had a booking - if not then this was the only price available. I refused to pay extra, went online and booked through an agency for the advertised price and went to the desk again with my booking confirmation. He slapped the paperwork, passport and room key on the desk, pointed to the sky and turned his back on...
