Stay away
This place was awful. One shower had no shower curtain bar or shower curtain, the dishwasher kept walking itself out from the cabinet when running, the floors feels like they are about to fall through, a towel bar was missing a bracket and the bar was gone, no WiFi instructions, had hair in the “clean” towels, some towels were visibly stained, sheets on the beds were not even fully dry. I could go on. Sent the local contact a text and voicemail asking if the shower curtain and lack of basic supplies like soap could be remedied. Her response was, “Excuse me?!” That’s it. No help at all. VRBO and other platforms should consider removing this property. Evolve should also drop them. Evolve offered me a $27 credit for our troubles. Ha!

Not what it looks like
Very disappointed in this property. The photos looked great however they were far from realty. The floors were dirty. One of the toilets did not flush. There were no wash clothes or hand towels. The dish washer was not mounted under the cabinet so it pulled out when you opened the door. There was a big spider in the master bedroom. The neighborhood was questionable. I'm surprised you represent this property on VRBO.

disappointed
I don't usually submit negative reviews but I don't want anyone else expecting your typical VRBO experience. I choose VRBO's over hotels to have that home away from home feeling. This property was disappointing. The house is barely stocked with the bare necessities. We had to go and buy hand soap for the bathrooms and there were no hand towels or dish towels. The property also needs some TLC, it is pretty run down which I can overlook, but we all had to wear shoes the entire time because the floors were filthy. Like your feet were black after a shower filthy. I almost had the feeling that this place is barely rented because there was just nothing to it. It definitely has potential but I think the property management company that manages this needs to make some changes.

This home looks beautiful based off the pictures, however the cleanliness was not great. This is an older home that was ‘renovated’ aka rental special. When we arrived the window above the sink was open. The floor in the kitchen warps in as if it is going to fall through. We had a group of friends and our six month old and her blanket dragged on the floor from her being in her swing and the corner of her blanket was immediately dirty. The back bathroom toilet didn’t flush appropriately and just fills with water from it previously being clogged I assume. The home is pretty from afar. The back room on our last night there was bugs crawling on the pillow on the bed right before we were about to lay down to go to sleep. We cannot say it was infestation of bed bugs because we had no other issue prior to this incident. There were several crane flies assuming from the window in the kitchen being open. The windows were rotten and the laundry room had a weird smell. Overall, this home was pretty but it didn’t disclose all these areas and dangers for a baby to be in/around. They had their lawn company come out while we were there which was no issue and communicated that to us ahead of their arrival. The area is not the best area, but we had no issues during our stay.

Nicely updated home, but a little noisy
This is a nice place to stay however the noise from the train and planes do get a little annoying. There are also a couple of loud dogs on one side of the house the bothered a couple of us staying in the back bedrooms.

Never Again!!!
Beware!!! This is some type of scam. The house was not ready at check in. We got there and people were checking out. The owner purchased dinner, we were tired so we took the offer. Than I went home for weekend the owner change the locks with all my belongings in the house. Forcing us to stand in cold rain and eventually getting a hotel room. He claimed he was on a plane. Worst experience ever!!! Than it was booked through Evolved Vacation Rental!!! No one wanted to take responsibility.

We liked the location as we were in town for graduation so good proximity. The neighborhood had some upgraded houses and some areas that appears run down and deserted. The host was great. worked with us on our needs at check out as it was also same day as the graduation. There was miscommunication regarding the cleaning, cleanliness of sheets/linens, absence of detergent at the house but the host was notified and tried his best to resolve the situation which was great. What would this make a 5 star instead of a 4 star in the future is the bedding and detergent situation but I believe there was some miscommunication with the cleaning company so host making measures to insure that does not occur again

Good place for a weekend trip
This was a good spot for 3 couples in town for a wedding. It was very close to the downtown area and made it easy to get where we needed to be. The only negative was that it wasn’t super clean, but clean and nice enough for a couple of nights!
