We did not realize this when booking on hotels.com, but while this looks like a hotel or motel, it is also similar to an airbnb in the sense that there is no front desk, you communicate with the owner via text, and will need to read and agree to owners rules upon arrival. Two points of feedback are that the dishes were visibly dirty upon arrival and all of the mattresses need to be replaced.
