“We loved Maryland and my son says it’s one of the most beautiful places he’s been. Less than 15 minutes from a charming little town called Potomac with shopping and good food. The property is lovely and the rooms were great. We used the kitchen and watched movies to wind down. Our trip into DC was smooth and the scenery was beautiful. We plan to return in July 2026 and bring the rest of the family. ”

“The rooms were very engaging. My daughter-in-law was charmed. We had lots of indoor places in which to play. The pool in the backyard was great for adults & children during the warm summer!”

“Nice creek view from the kitchen and family room. Very quite and cozy place to relax. (It is recommended not over 4 people.) It might be good if you visit here for canoeing.Still it has room for improvement. Mattresses are not in good shape. Floors are squeaking all over. (If you wake up in the middle of the night and gotta go, then, all other families will hear your foot steps.)”

“This home was spectacular inside and outside! The decor was amazing! This home provided for a wonderful time had by all. Very impressive and well thought out floor plan gave us plenty of room to sit and eat, watch tv, play games and even slip away for a nap! The inside of this home had everything our family needed to enjoy Thanksgiving, just fantastic! The outside was just as special! We took walks with the kids around the quarry - stunning - the fire pit provided for many hours of outside...

“We stayed for three nights over a long weekend, arriving on Friday night and leaving Monday morning. 8 adults and six kids between 5 and 12. Check-in was easy. Location right next to the brewery was great. House is very big and well laid out. It does indeed have great views. A couple of things held this back from being 5 stars. “It's was great. We visited family in the area. And had our family Christmas together at this place. We played ping pong and pool when we where there. Great location for dogs. Plenty of space to run and play. The house was great as well. Plenty of space for everyone.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the property. The home is very charming and the pool is great. The location was also really nice. Close to wineries and hiking. Two points of feedback are that the dishes were visibly dirty upon arrival and all of the mattresses need to be replaced. Everyone in the group slept poorly and noted that the mattresses were uncomfortable. The master bedroom should likely also have a larger bed.”
