Luxurious Villa Spacious & Private heated Pool Steps from Beach

This unique Villa offers a single level configuration, perfectly designed to integrate guests and at the same time respect their privacy. 4 master bedrooms all of them with full bathroom and terrace integrates to the house with a spacious grand salon that melds with the outdoors heated pool and jacuzzi, all displayed with elegance and great taste. A perfect and balanced space for your family and friends to create unforgettable memories.

4 spacious bedrooms all of them with full double sink bathroom.
2 full size sofa beds
Templated pool and Jacuzzi (hot tub 2-3 hours per day heated upon request, times to be coordinated with host or full day with additional charge)
Attention to detail in design displayed.
Local Fireworks every Wednesday between 7-8 pm, plus occasional other days (we are near to hotels)

Best Weekend Getaway I've Ever Had
Simply put, this house was an oasis for the best weekend trip I've ever taken. Pre-arrival, Julian and the team at Momentum were extremely communicative, helping me coordinate transportation, a private chef and even grocery shopping. When we arrived, we were blown away by how gorgeous, well equipped, spacious and safe this house was. With four master bedrooms and a living/dining room that flowed to the outside pool and lounge area, we never wanted to leave. Within a 3 minute walk, you are by the clubhouse where you are beachside and we saw whales breaching daily. Throughout the stay we felt extremely safe and taken care of, with any small questions/issues being resolved swiftly. To get in and out of the complex, you are required to call the security team to ensure they anticipate any taxi/uber. You're only 10/15 minutes from the downtown of Cabo and it was perfect for when we wanted quiet time at the house or when we wanted a more active day. When they say private community, it's truly a step above the rest in terms of security and safety. I'm already looking to book my return stay with friends and family! Thank you again for everything Julian and team, we had the best weekend.
