“The staff was great, but the rooms and building needs some maintenance. The room needed some touchup on the furniture and in the bathroom. The pool area had a leak in the roof. We stayed when there was a convention going on and the group was really loud, but not the hotels fault. The breakfast was an amazing each day and the staff was great. ”

“The staff was an incredible as the other reviewers have said. I was in town for medical care and let concierge know, just in case something happened and I needed an ambulance; they said they’d make a note of it. When I got back to my room after my procedure, Autumn from concierge had left a beautiful tray of flowers, snacks, ginger ale, and a handwritten note saying she hopes I feel better soon. It was above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend this beautiful hotel and their even lovelier staff....

“Room was spacious. We liked the all-day coffee. There was a sleeper sofa in the room that is collapsing. We didn’t use as sleeper but it doesn’t really work for sitting because the cushions collapse way down at the back. Staff was nice and accommodating. We had a large corner suite with lots of light. Pillows were good. We couldn’t pinpoint a problem with the mattress but we didn’t sleep well. It is a very good value, just a bit basic. ”

“The room was nicely laid out, quiet and it had a very nice shower. Also the breakfast was very enjoyable. However, we were never able to connect to the internet and it would have been nice to have a safe and a bedside clock. And we don’t remember seeing a telephone in the room. “The room was smaller than expected, and all the noise from outside came in. I stayed there for New Year's, but not only could I hear the sounds of the celebration, I could also hear every step and conversation of people walking in the hallway. The fire alarm went off at night, and a manager (I assume it was the hotel manager) was running through the hallway, asking, 'Is everyone okay in here?!' That seemed like an unusual fire safety procedure.”
