ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAY, OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE, ESPECIALLY BLOCKING ANY PASSAGEWAY FOR NEIGHBORS. THIS IS ALSO A HAZARD AND SAFETY ISSUE AS THE FIRE TRUCK IS UNABLE TO GET DOWN THE DRIVEWAY IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY.

TRASH DAY - EACH WEDNESDAY morning:
***TRASH COLLECTION is every WEDNESDAY morning, and we are partnered with a local service provider who will come to pull the bins both to and from the street. Trash bins are located right outside the garage. GREEN for all recycling. GREY for all trash. Do NOT place any trash/food in the bins without bagging. If for any reason they do not come on Tuesday evening, if you could be so kind to please roll the bins out on Tuesday evenings for a Wednesday morning pickup, we would greatly appreciate it! ***

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
**If you would like to see if our cleaners are able to accomodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.**
